Karri Srinivasa Reddy is the Founder & CEO of Trainova Consultants & Trainers. He is a seasoned industry professional, Advocate, management researcher, and author with over four decades of experience in industrial administration, corporate affairs, power and infrastructure projects, government and institutional coordination, compliance support, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management.

His professional career, spanning from 1981 to December 2025, includes senior management experience with New Tobacco Company, RDB Industries, BSES Andhra Power Limited, and the Reliance Group. His senior-level responsibilities have provided extensive exposure to major power and infrastructure project environments, particularly the landmark Samalkot project, as well as practical experience in industrial operations, corporate administration, community relations, and the resolution of complex organizational issues.

Mr. Reddy holds an MBA, M.Phil, and LL.B. from Andhra University and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the erstwhile State of Andhra Pradesh. He is also pursuing doctoral research in Management at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK), with research interests focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its relationship with business and society.

His career includes extensive assignments with organizations such as Bureau Veritas Abu Dhabi, DNV, Abu Dhabi Gas Industries (GASCO), Larsen & Toubro, Cement Corporation of India and South-Central Railway, in addition to his current role as an independent consultant and auditor.

He possesses strong professional credentials including an Executive MBA in Operations Management, Diploma in Industrial Safety, and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by qualifications as Lead Auditor/Lead Trainer for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, IRCA-approved Lead Trainer credentials, Six Sigma Green Belt, EFQM and other management-system qualifications.

His training credentials are particularly strong, with more than 150 man-days of training experience as a Lead Trainer, delivering Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor programmes covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and integrated management systems.
